Through these competitions launched in February, AREVA Mongol team aimed to raise the issue of the environmental protection among the young generation and to give them basic awareness about daily wastes (plastic, paper, etc.) by supporting the Junior Rangers program.

171 school children participated in the drawing and the essay writing competitions. They also attended a conference about “Healthy environment without garbage” provided by our team. It was the occasion to talk with the children and answer their questions.

The winners were awarded on April 15, 2015 at the secondary school of Ulaanbadrakh sum. Mr. Ts. Erkhembold, President of the Citizens Assembly, was present at the ceremony to give emphasis to the environmental protection and to support this initiative.
